Good: 

1. Super close to district one of Yiwu Futian market (1 minute walking distance); 
2. With Pizza Hut and Subway downstairs;
3. Year 2022 (approximately) renovated;
   
4. Good service.
   

Bad:  Noisy in morning. 

Tips: 

• Get a room at back side and high floor when you check-in, if you need quiet night.
• Pull out the telephone cables if you don’t want to be disturbed at night.

Good:

1. Close to market district one (10 minutes walking distance).
2. With a big jewelry parts market behind. 
3. KFC take away is around the street corner. 
4. Has a riverside park in front.

Bad: 

Not so much to do at night around hotel, but you can walk to a shopping mall (New Glory Mall) in 10 minutes.

Tips: 

• Get a room at back side and higher floor when you check-in, if you need quiet night.
• Book a room facing riverside if you prefer river view.
